(by the way, buy the book By Dr. Brett-Major above! And I would tell you to watch the movie, "93 Days" but I don't know where you can find it for streaming or DVD purchase currently, unless you have a VPN to Egypt or South Africa. The movie is high quality, not sure why it is no longer on Netflix or Amazon, hope that is temporary)
